By ordering or using any products or services from Betfan Group (both free and paid), you accept these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them at all times. You also accept the Earnings Disclaimer issued in conjunction with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or older as local gambling law dictates. If you are resident outside the United Kingdom, you must satisfy yourself that you are lawfully able to receive Betfan Group products and services.
2. Personal Use Only
Betfan Group products and managed services are licensed for the personal use of the named buyer only. You agree not to divulge, redistribute, republish, reproduce, hire out, lend, re-sell or transmit any part of our content to third parties — whether for commercial gain or not. Information piracy or re-transmission of any kind is not permitted, and Betfan Group will seek legal redress for any such action.
No part of any product or service sold by Betfan Group may be reprinted, reproduced or utilised in any form or by any electronic, mechanical or other means, now known or hereafter invented, without permission in writing from Betfan Group.
3. Substitution of Tipsters
Betfan Group reserves the right, without liability, to substitute any tipster or advisor from any service it owns, regardless of website or platform, at any time without reason or notice.
4. Prices
Prices shown on the site are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Purchases made from EU countries will be charged VAT at the relevant rate.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Digital downloads (one-off purchases)
All sales of downloadable systems, PDFs, guides and other digital content are final at the point of access. Once you have opened, viewed or downloaded the content, your purchase is non-refundable.
By proceeding with the purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, in which case they will not renew for the next billing period. Payments already taken for the current billing period are not refundable. You will continue to receive tips and access for the remainder of the period you have paid for.
5.3 Discretionary review
In exceptional circumstances (technical fault on our side preventing access, unauthorised charges, billing error) we will consider refund requests on their individual merits. All refund decisions are at Betfan Group's sole discretion.
6. Liability and Indemnity
You irrevocably indemnify Betfan Group, its data providers and affiliates from all losses, damages and costs arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of our information or services, or any breach of this agreement by you.
Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and materials, neither Betfan Group nor any of its data providers or affiliates have any liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to the use of, or inability to use, any information — to the fullest extent such liability may be excluded by law. In no event shall Betfan Group be liable for perceived or actual lost profits, or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
7. Important — Gambling Risk
Our products are for educational, informational and entertainment purposes only. All gambling carries risk. No liability is taken by Betfan Group, its subsidiaries or affiliates for the outcome of any bet you place following our information, whether received via the website, email, SMS, app, letter or any other form of communication. Any information you act on from Betfan Group is acted upon entirely at your own risk.
We always recommend you check a bookmaker's terms and conditions before placing a bet.
By using our websites, services, downloads and content, you agree that Betfan Group and its affiliates are not responsible for the success or failure of your actions resulting from the use or misuse of our products and services.
8. Affiliate Program
A separate set of terms apply to participants in the Betfan Group Affiliate Program. If you participate as an affiliate, you agree to those additional terms on top of these consumer Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version came into effect. Continued use of our products or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
