Analytics and tracking
We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. We do log basic information about your activity within the Members Area (pages viewed, files downloaded, sign-in IP) — this is used solely to provide customer support and to verify access in the event of a dispute. This information is stored in our own systems and is not shared with advertisers.
Email tracking
When we send you transactional email (for example, a support reply or a password-reset link), the email may contain a small invisible image (a "tracking pixel") that tells us when the email is opened. This is used by our support team to know whether you have seen our reply. You can prevent these pixels from loading by configuring your email client to block images from unknown senders.
