Hi ,
It’s the start of a new month and we have plenty in store for our club members as we aim to really kick on. The flat season is well underway now and things are really going to settle down and take shape. Last summer wasn’t as good as we usually expect so we have put in maximum effort to make sure we smash this one like we have in past seasons go by. We are confident that our members will again have another winning year and indeed we are already ahead of the game at this point.
Last week’s news letter was strong with lots of winning bets at Brighton as John Egan landed a very nice double his first winner we said…
BRIGHTON 4:50 DIAMOND PURSUIT 7/2 ladbrokes is the one for us here. Not only does the horse shade it on the speed list John Egan rides this track well he is a very talented jockey from the front and that is what we are expecting today for this horse to get in front and stay there until the line. Let’s hope that plan comes off!
Well the pace was brisk so he just sat off the leaders but got there nicely and that was our only account bet for the day with Unity member’s money on board.
The next winner… 6:20 that man Egan again and ROY ROCKET 13/2 has had a few whispers going around. Apparently the stable are looking for a touch today. They are more than capable at landing a gamble and the jockey booking is very interesting. JOHN EGAN could well have a really good day!
Returned 8/1 sp and made a nice double which brought up 2 legs in a lucky 15 and 2 bigger legs in a Trixie that paid really well. Very nice day yet again.

TUESDAY’S HORSES IN FOCUS
BRIGHTON 2:00 Starlight mystery is a negative as on value is a little short for us. On our speed ratings only comes out 2nd best to FLOSS THE HOSS who is well clear after one run. In fact just on our ratings and there isn’t much data backing FIRENSE ROSSA at 33/1 wouldn’t be insane on the value footing. While SUPER FLORENCE 15/2 is first time out from an inform stable they think the horse should run well.
3:00 SANDFRANKSKIPSGO 5/1 is the value against the favourite but it’s hard to split them on the clock so maybe a reverse forecast would be the right play to make in this race. Or have a larger bet on Sand but have a saver on BAHAMIAN SUNRISE.
4:10 KAFEEL is the one for money and connections are out to land this race for sure 9/2 in places looks a decent price. That is going to have to be the selection with the confidence of the info come through this morning. Lutine Charlie ran a great race here last week and should go well again but at 10 he won’t improve again and would need to win this I feel.
4:40 AIR OF YORK and BLACK CEASER both 9/2 I can’t split them but would probably have to go for the last named as a course winner on this specialist track. With Duke of The North just a notch too short.
CHELMSFORD 6:40 We backed POWER POWER last time at decent odds and he ran a cracking race he may be able to gain some compensation here while 11/2 is certainly big enough to take the risk. BANTA BAY at 14/1 connections are looking for a big run here too.
NOTTINGHAM 2:40 METEOR LIGHT has been doing plenty at home and looks to be bouncing connections think a huge run is on the cards and I’ve heard that this race has been a target for the horse as he goes on to better things. 6/1 is a decent price!
3:10 MANTON GRANGE has been tough to train and has had plenty of problems but the last run saw the horse in the esteem he has always been held by his connections 13/2 is a big price he should go very close today.
