Lets start with the bad news, this time in two weeks the Cheltenham Festival will be over, ok sorry to ruin everyones Saturday (and I haven’t even given the tip yet).

Although lets flip it round that means it’s just over a week away!

My racing club after an excellent February has hit the ground running with an 8/1 winner on Thursday followed by Plasir Damour our only bet yesterday winning nicely. That’s 38 points already in the tank and believe me I’m expecting my best Cheltenham Festival ever.

My Racing Club and the festival go together like Strawberries and Cream or a Pint of Guinness and a Cheeseburger that costs 9 quid.

Yes the perfect match so if you join me today you will get all the action leading up to Cheltenham and then significant Cheltenham coverage every day. Will it be another Mullins bonanza and favourite after favourite going in? Possibly but this has been a strange old season and going into the biggie I have a portfolio of massive price horses for us to plunder those horrid bookies.

Advisors come and go but I’m still here year after year providing profits for my members, so make the decision, who are you going to trust for your Cheltenham selections? It’s a massive week make the right choice!

Next weeks column will contain a Cheltenham Ante Post so make sure you’re reading it, of course I know you will be anyway.

So today and it’s a flippers job at Newbury and Doncaster for a Saturday that has a distinctly pre Festival feel to it. The best race is up north where it really is Grim today and the errr Grimthorpe Chase at 3.35. Known as a Grand National Trial we can rest assured they will all try as the weights for the National are out already. This was won easily by the Last Samurai last year but I hear he is less forward now then then and it’s all about Aintree.

That leaves the way clear for Ya Elenki from Ventia Williams yard that revel in the mud. On similar ground he dotted up at Haydock and the tactics will be similar today, take it up and see who can keep going. I have a feeling not many will finish this course and Ya Elenki will do for me at 7/2 with Bet Victor.

Have a great weekend lets hope Tony Bellew can stop David Haye in the latter rounds and pay for the Box office fee and a bit more, it should be a great Sporting Saturday!

Remember Cheltenham is coming and my Racing Club is ready, I hope you can join us.

Back next week unless David Haye sees my Betting slips, if he is reading this I’m not scared but just to be clear Andy Bell made me do it!
