The York Ebor Festival starts today and it’s not too late to get involved in the BetKudos special tipping event being run by the king of festival racing Luke Martin. He’s been smashing in the profits and is back for Ebor!

Hi ,

I’m writing todays newsletter just before I am preparing to go up on Brighton’s new vertical pier. It’s the i360 and stands 162 meters tall on the Seafront. It was designed by the same guys who built the London Eye and gives incredible views of 26 miles in each direction plus I believe you can see the french coast.

Anyway I digress as I wanted to give you a few pointers in finding your own winners. One line of attack I find fruitful is following a small band of trainers who improve other yards cast offs.

Julia Feilden is a prime example as she seems to go for Khaled Abdullah horses who are trained in France and as I’m sure you are aware Prince Khaled owned Frankel. Another lady who is an expert at this is Ruth Carr who targets horses discarded by Hamdam Maktoum and has had excellent returns from her purchases.

Also watch out for horses that are transferred to David Omeara, Dandy Nicholls, Kevin Morgan and the master Richard Fahey.

Its been a good month so far on the tipping front for Betting Opportunity, Fold4Gold and the Eye-Catchers but the new place betting Fast Cash Racing has been crap. I don’t mince words as the service is not performing and I have had to tinker with staking however I know it will succeed but will my clients stick around to reap the benefits?

Fold4Gold is top of the Betfan table having smashed in a 35/1 winning double and on Sunday and tipped up Moviesta at 14/1. The Eye-Catchers matched that with a 32/1 double and of course last weeks winning Howies Hottie Romantic was one of my eye catching winners.

Something I must point out is I know some punters just love free info well if you log on to my Twitter account you could have picked up a 100/1 winning treble the other day with Zonderland, McGuigan and Sailors Warn all on target.

Today we start the wonderful Ebor meeting at York and what a cracking days racing we have to look forward to. I’m going to take a stab at the York 4.20 for Howies Hottie which is a 2 mile handicap. The tip being Repeater who gets in here off bottom weight.

The gelding will be ridden by Killian Leonard who claims 7lb which will be a help as he was the jockey who steered Romantic to victory last week and he is a name you should remember. Repeater who has won for me already this season will be stepping up in trip on faster ground and I hope these factor can bring further improvement.
