It’s Odds-On For Premier League Champions From Manchester 

England are 20/1 to win the 2018 World Cup. Those odds are unlikely to change after the next qualifier in Malta. There is an international break which coincides with the end of the transfer window but no meaningful Premier League action on the pitch.
