Sunday's FREE Tip Is Ready...

25th October 2015

Hi ,

Well John Gosden was presented with his Trainers Title yesterday by Frankie Dettori.

Three hours later he will have left the track wanting to throttle him after Dettori gave a group 1 horror ride on Foundation.

It's not pocket talking as my members were all on the second Jan Vermeer at what I thought was a ridiculous 9/1. There are not many Coolmore horses that you scratch your head at the Bookmakers generosity but this was one. To beat the faves and be done by the 40/1 outsider Marcel was sickening. Fair play to winning Trainer Chapel Hyam he is back in the big time.

Dettori will not want to see this race again believe me as with so few runners to be blocked in was inexcusable from a top flight jock.

I was surprised to see Foundation lengthen in price for the 2000 Guineas as this told us nothing. He is still a high class colt. Hopefully Frankie will get a run at Newmarket with it being the widest Track in the World.

Marcel and Jan Vermeer look like Derby types to me and live ones at that.

Cheltenham was fun if a little frustrating and the new stand is amazing but the jumps show rolls on to Aintree today our other top track and features a fascinating card. These good early season meetings are priceless in analysing who is coming to the boil. John Ferguson has his string very fit in the knowledge no doubt that when the grounds fast his flat breads can push their advantage. Nicholls and Henderson are limbering their huge strings up into somewhere near top gear and new kids Fry and Skelton have landed early blows.

The 3 pm is a class 2 handicap hurdle over 2 mile 4 and the horse I suggest you back is Box Office from Jonjos yard. How can I put this he appeared to have a warm up run/sighter/walk in the park/first time out this year, choose your own phrase by all means. I believe you will see an all action performance today and track and trip are perfect for him. Have a win bet at 11/2 with Skybet and you should have a good run for it.

I'm watching from home today glass in hand after a busy week on course, I believe it's a busy Sunday of sport but Aintree and Wincanton will have my full attention.

Bet with a top pro in my service and you get my advice 7 days a week, you know it makes sense.

The Gambling Don, he’s your extra hour number 1.

Back next Sunday.
