Its the Valero Texas open this week at San Antonio, the Oaks course here can get very tricky when the wind gets up as it often does round here.

The Texan crowd will be out in force this week as this itv one of the best attended events of the year.They will witness a tough par 72 where all aspects your game are tested.There are four par 5's but they are not easy.The winner here will have a good all round game and that brings us to one of our three strong selections Adam Hadwin.

Hadwin has been one of the stories of the year shooting 59 and landing his first career win many thought he would go back to obscurity.Far from it however He has been a revelation since and I like his chances this week as quite simply he is very good at everything.

I have two other top selections plus three crackers for the European Tour event so this is a great week to get with the Genie!!
