Sunday Issue

21st June 2015

Hi %%First Name%%,

An exhausted but Happy TGD returned to Newmarket last night with all my members having a very profitable Royal Meeting.

I do hope you were one of those who got involved after last weeks column. We nearly ended on a jackpot as Yesterday morning my clients were told to back Lancelot du Lac each way at 33/1 and he led until thirty yards from the line then got caught still landing us a nice final day profit.

We stand at 81 points profit for the month which is strong and we are aiming to hit the hundred. Trust in the Don and get involved.

So who were the winners and losers. Well from where I was the two biggest clowns yesterday were Adam Kirby and Frankie Dettori who were so busy pushing into each other they failed to see Snow Sky had shot 6 lengths clear in the Hardwicke. Dettori finally realised on Eagle Top but it was far too late. This was terrible race riding and Gosden and Cumani looked furious at both Dettori and Kirby. Stoute who trained the winner looked bewildered as I have it on good authority he didn’t want to run Snow Sky and had told the owners it had no chance. Horses and jockeys can make fools of us all!!

Ryan Moore had an astonishing week and is King of all he surveys. He calls the shots of where he rides and who he rides for and is clearly the best flat jockey in the World. I watched Joseph O'Brian give an O'Brian second string horse an awful ride as Ryan Moore rode the winner and mused how many more group 1's would they have if they had Moore on them in the last five years and not him, answer lots!

The American and Australian horses looked huge and very muscular, it must be their diet? or the climate. Anyway it's good to see International runners.

Ascot itself was superbly organised and have improved this meeting greatly. Of course it is hugely corporate and overpriced but that's the World we live in. If you want to see the Racing you can and if you back three or four winners you might be able to buy a drink.

We still have a massive Summer ahead of us with Newmarket, York and Doncaster to come.

I had winners at up to 14/1 this week so you will be in very safe hands.

I will spend today doing absolutely, nothing no I’m not doing an impression of Andy Bell I’m just exhausted.

I will be having one bet which I will share with you and it's up at Pontefract. Micky Hammond is having a great season and his Tuscan Gold won really well here last time. I don’t think a rise in the weights will stop him. Back him to win the 4.10 at 7/2 with Betvictor.

Have a great Sunday, join me and put your betting on a professional footing.

Trust in the Don he is A for Ascot number 1

Back next Sunday.
