What a headline Trump loses out to Mexico.

The reason is the first WGC event of the year is no longer at Trump Doral (maybe he has built a wall round the greens) but in Mexico at the Mountain course of Club de Golf Chapultepec.

A strange decision maybe they didnt want the Donald turning up and making himself the star , I'm sure he wouldn't have pulled a trick like that but the PGC obviously didnt want the aggro.So its off to Mexico we go and playing at Altitude where the ball flies 10% further.Thats a good job because there are some whopping 600 plus yards par 5 s.

The number 1 in the World Dustin Johnson is clear favourite and he will want to cement that against the best players in the World.Rory returns after his injury but is maybe best watched for a few weeks and Jason Day will want that World number one spot back off Dustin which he will get if he wins so a Major incentive.

My tip however is the young potential superstar John Rahm who has already won on the PGA Tour this year and will relish these long holes. Rahm is ready to move up to the big league and is a young man in a hurry and I think he will have a big big week.

So Mexico it is, bring your passport or you won't get back in to America would be my tip of the week.
