By ordering and using any products/services both free and sold by Betfan Ltd you accept in full all these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them at all times. You also accept the Income Disclaimer issued in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older as local gambling law dictates. You accept that if you are resident outside the UK, you must satisfy yourself that you are lawfully able to receive Betfan Ltd products/services.

Betfan Ltd products and managed services are only to be used by the named buyer.

Once you have received any products/services sold by Betfan Ltd, you are bound to agree that you shall not in any way divulge the information to any third parties. Information piracy and/or the re-transmission of information, either for commercial gain or not, of any kind will NOT be permitted and Betfan Ltd will seek legal redress over any such action.

Any products/services sold by Betfan Ltd are sold subject to the condition that they shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, re-sold, hired out or otherwise circulated without the prior consent of Betfan Ltd in any form of binding or cover other than that in which it is published and without a similar condition including this condition being imposed on the subsequent purchaser.

Betfan Ltd reserves the right, without liability, to substitute any tipster or advisor from any service owned by Betfan Ltd, regardless of website or platform, at any time without reason or notice.

PRICES:
Price on the sites are shown exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated). Purchases made from EU countries will be charged VAT at the relevant rate.

REFUNDS:
Subscriptions are generally non refundable and you accept this when subscribing to any Betfan Ltd managed service. However we will review every refund request and if we feel a refund is warranted it shall be granted.

INDEMNITY:
You irrevocably indemnify Betfan Ltd and its Data Providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by Betfan Ltd, any Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of this agreement by you.

LIABILITY:
Due to the nature of electronic distribution of information, services and materials, neither Betfan Ltd nor any of its Data Providers nor affiliates have any liability (whether in contract or tort) for any losses, costs or damages resulting from or related to use of or inability to use any information to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law. In no event shall Betfan Ltd be liable to you for perceived or actual lost profits or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in relation to the provision of any products/services sold by Betfan Ltd or the provision of information.

 You are not allowed to post any refunds, credits or discounts, or other content concerning Betfan Ltd, unless We have given You prior written permission in each instance. Affiliates may only use coupons and discounts that are provided exclusively through the Affiliate Program using banners and links. Each Link connecting users of Your site to the pertinent area of Our site will in no way alter the look, feel, or functionality of Our site. Any violations of the terms surrounding links, coupons, refunds, credits or discounts shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, and may result in Your termination from the program or withholding of Commissions.
