We're delighted to welcome you to the brand-new Betfan Group members area — a faster, cleaner, more professional platform built from the ground up for the people who matter most: you, our members. This is the start of something significant, and there is a lot more to come.

New Website New Back Office Built For Members

Over recent months our team has been working behind the scenes to rebuild the entire Betfan Group experience. Today, we're proud to switch on the first phase across Betfan, Hustle House and Tipster Planet — with more of our platforms being brought into the new system in the weeks ahead. The goal: more platforms in one place, all under a single members account.

Why We Rebuilt Everything

The old system served us well for many years, but our members deserve better than "good enough." You deserve a platform that loads instantly, looks the part, and treats your subscription, your tipping activity and your account as the serious business it is. That meant rebuilding the website and rebuilding the customer back office side by side — not patching the old one, but starting fresh with modern, secure foundations.

Introducing The New Customer Back Office

This is the part we're most proud of. The new back office puts you in control of your Betfan Group membership in one clean, simple dashboard — no more hunting through emails or chasing support for things you should be able to do yourself in a couple of clicks.

Important — Please Read

Some of the new self-service features (pause and cancel from inside the back office) currently only work on new subscriptions taken out through the new system. If you're an existing member on a legacy subscription, your service continues exactly as before — but to use these new self-service controls you will need to be on a new subscription. If you'd like help moving across, just open a support ticket from your dashboard and our team will sort it for you.

It's been a real labour of love from everyone involved, and we're only just getting started.
