Wednesday – Weekend Racing from the Tipster TV Platform

2.10 - 0.5pt Each Way – Alpha Des Obeaux 6/1 William Hill (1/4 odds 3 places)

Alpha Des Obeaux chased home Thistlecrack in the World Hurdle last Year and can certainly be forgiven his last effort when he bled out. Previously he had won twice over fences in Ireland this season in impressive fashion. He has been rested since his last effort and providing he is fit and well then I expect him to bounce back and should be very much in the mix.

2.50 - 0.5pt Each Way – Mister Miyagi 16/1 Coral (1/4 odds 6 places)

Mister Miyagi is the selection here chosen to cause an upset against the highly fancied Tombstone. He finished 6th in last Years Supreme Hurdle having not jumped at his best with at least a couple of errors. Despite that he still finished within striking distance of Tombstone and with a good round of jumping could easily turn the tables here. Connections tell me there is more to come from this Horse and everything has been geared towards a big run here on Wednesday.

3.30 - 0.5pt Each Way – Garde La Victoire 40/1 BetVictor (1/4 Odds 3 Places)

Its hard to look beyond the hot favourite Douvan here who will probably go off at about ¼ for this, a price that certainly doesn’t interest us. One that has caught our eye at a massive price is Garde La Victoire a horse we have followed for some time now. A very talented horse who was recently back amongst the winners at Sandown and providing he can cut out the odd mistake that he is prone to could very easily get involved in a small field. The Johnson/Hobbs combination has served us very well in the past and this is our big outsider for Wednesday’s action

4.10 - 0.5pt Each Way - Auvergnat 7/1 Boylesports (1/4 Odds 3 Places)

In a field of veterans Auvergnat represents the younger generation and is one of the main up and coming horses in the Cross country division. He was looking like a potential winner and travelling well when unseating his rider at the January meeting, but has since shown his class with an excellent win at Punchestown. We strongly fancy this horse to overturn the hot favourite Cantlow and we firmly believe he could be a potential future star.

Good Luck
