22nd November 2016

Hi ,

Well I told you today we would give you three more jumpers to follow but with an injury to one sustained at home we only have a couple of horses to tell you about.

• Cousin Oscar (IRE)
• Age: 4 (Foaled April 7th, 2012)
• Sex: Bay Gelding
• Breeding: Oscar (IRE) - On The Jetty (IRE) (Be My Native (USA))
• Trainer: D McCain Jnr
• Owner: Mr T G Leslie

A really nice type only a small horse but he has a big engine. Ran a really nice race in an Irish point for a handler that just keeps on churning out decent types year after year.

He ran well to come second and wouldn’t need to improve to win. The 3rd that day came out in another point and was only just beaten by a really nice type so we know the form is rock solid. He was entered today but connections have swerved the race and he may go on the 24th at Musselburgh instead. A winner in waiting and this horse looks as genuine as they come.

An Siltean (IRE) b g 2011 Milan (GB) Shatani (IRE)

This is a huge stamp of a horse and will stay all day. Won his only point pretty easy with the 2nd horse being snapped up by Claire and Paul Rooney. He should be out next month and will start around 2.5 miles although it’s 3 miles chasing that this guy should make the biggest impact one to watch as the season goes on. He has a good attitude to his work and is a really striking horse.

It has been a rather unlucky week for us yet we have still added to the pot and are showing a 16% RETURN ON INVESTMENT with the bank base rate set at 0.25% I would certainly rather be doing this with my money.

With us you can expect to grow your money slowly and surely. We have been with BetFan almost 3 years and show an overall ROI of almost 19% with no losing year just consistent growth.

We went in far too big yesterday and that was a mistake. We managed only one winner which rather spared our blushes on a day where we saw our best chance unseat the champion jockey early doors. Before that when we backed the best horse in the race CRIEVEHILL only for him to pull himself up once he hit the front.

Green as grass that for sure is certainly one for the notebook. I hope it was just greenness and not the fact he didn’t like being in front but I’m sure he will be ridden to win on the line next race. That will tell us a whole lot more about that horse.

We were spared blushes yesterday by WOLFTRAP winning at 9/2. Still we have increased our growth from last week with the help of winners like ROYAL PALLADIUM 10/1 sp, SEVE a huge gamble 6/1 advised 5/2 sp and EVENING ATTIRE 3/1 sp.

Last week’s HORSES IN FOCUS only provided one winner which left a small loss for the day but it will take a lot to give back the huge Tuesday profits we have made over the last year.

TODAY’S HORSES IN FOCUS

A bit cut up today as we lose Southwell because of the weather! Yes that’s right an all-weather track is cancelled because it’s waterlogged not Ironic at all. So we will just have to go with the few picks we have.

1:00 HERDSWICK - HOLLAA has come along since his last run and could give the strong favourite something to think about at 10.5 on the exchanges the horse certainly rates as the value option.

2:05 ALL CHILLED OUT looks strong but for me it would be saver material as we have had info that BOUNDS HILL will run well today around 8/1 that will do for us on a day lacking in options.

SEDGEFIELD Not much here but it looks like BRIAN HUGHES has a good set of rides booked and he rides the course so well he could well continue his great run of winners I would consider a fun bet covering his multiples.

2:45 APACHE PILOT looks a huge price at 25/1 with sporting bet and could be considered each way value he will have to bounce back but he likes Sedgefield as does his trainer so you just never know. I expect him to go well if he can jump sound.

Back Next Tuesday.

Best Wishes,

Matt
