I don’t think any viewing records are going to be broken today for the live match between Watford and West Ham. As part of the television deals every club in the Premier League must get a fair share of the coverage but the bars of the Philippines and Malaysia will not be packed out for this one. Cloudy Dream is only running in the Sholer Chase at Cheltenham (2.25pm) due to a major cock-up with entries which saw the horse put in the BetVictor Handicap Chase in error instead of the Gold Cup. It would be fitting if Cloudy Dream won the race but FOX NORTON must be backed on the basis of last season’s relative form at 10/11 with William Hill.

Grigor Dimitrov cannot be opposed against David Goffin in the ATP World Tour Finals decider but the dangers of taking short odds in the sport were demonstrated by Roger Federer’s loss to Goffin in the semi-finals. At 4/1l with bet365 Dimitrov’s price represents a 36% return on investment but the swings and roundabouts of a tennis match would make this a stressful bet.
