Last week we suffered our first day in quite some time that we haven’t had a profitable day on our Tuesday’s horses in focus. It certainly wasn’t all doom and gloom though as our information was correct for the account bet.
We said ‘Ayr 4-00 Handicap (Class 5) 6f We have an account bet in this race after a phone call last night alerting me to a horse that should show a vast improvement in this race. This info was with members yesterday early evening and the horse is still trading at a really decent price.’
Well that horse showed much improved form making all to win by over 4 lengths! Our members got 13/2 about this and was simply a horse you couldn’t back without knowing what was going to happen as the form was poor.
TUESDAY’S HORSES IN FOCUS
BEVERLEY 2:00 PORCHY PARTY 4/1 has come on well at home since the first run 2 weeks ago and a bold bid will be made to get a win on the board today. Spoof also improved in both runs and maybe one for the forecast.
3:00 If I had to pick a horse from the top of the market it would be BOND BOMBSHELL 13/2 with bet 365 however I would be inclined to forgive the last run of THATCHERITE 16/1 and that horse should get a lot closer today. I heard a whisper that IMPERIAL LEGEND 28/1 in places is looking for a big run today the horse has had its issues but should put up a better show in this race.
3:30 Lots of chances in this but one horse I feel is well over priced is MOHAB 12/1. His last run was a reasonable time and this horse used to be held in very high regard. He’s pretty hard to train and a bit quirky but at his best could carry these. It may not happen today but one to keep an eye out for especially in this class.
CHEPSTOW 7:40 DISTANT HIGH 8/1 should go very close today according to connections. He gets on well with Hollie Doyle and loves the track. Certainly overpriced for this race so we have to get involved.
