Well last Tuesday’s newsletter was short but sweet with 3 winning horses highlighted out of very few we spoke about we also got price negative BUSY STREET beaten too.
The winners were EURATO 7/1 advised. We had this horse as top rated and that was equated to the track in some style very well backed just before the off.
SUPERSTA 11/2 advised. We had backed the horse previously after a decent piece of information. Things don’t always work out on the day but never the less the info turned out to be good as he won a shade cosy on this day.
CAIUS MARCIOUS 5/1 advised. Again a nice piece of information came through and the horse did it well. The plan came together for this fella. Another nice profit on the day as our Tuesday horses in focus just keeps on delivering the goods.
Today will be short and sweet as well or maybe I should say it will be short and let’s hope sweet as you would be surprised at how many dead certs end up well beaten!
This period is always tough the weather certainly doesn’t help one day hot one day stormy and I keep waking up to frost! But then I am up at 4 every morning so I can get to the gallops for the first lots.
TUESDAYS HORSES IN FOCUS
HEXHAM 2:00 The market has this as a match between STORM FORCAST and WELL ABOVE PAR both are too short to back and even the reverse forecast makes little sense at these prices. I had a look through our speed ratings for these and we gave Bruichladdich 33/1 a rating of 60 and Well Above Par 39 for the last races they ran that could make this horse a worthwhile each way play.
3:30 BARRYS JACK 5/2 looks a little short at first glance but he does come out well on our ratings. But on our speed figures the horse should be a 4/1 shot I know connections like him for today but I cant help thinking it could be a chance to get bigger about something else. RINNAGREE ROSIE 33/1 in places looks like value whereas TIKKANDMICKEY 14/1 and HOLLYWOOD ALLSTAR 14/1 also look over priced. Though I think BARRY looks more like a saver bet for the larger prices and combination forecast and tricast may be the right play.
SOUTHWELL 3:40 TWIST ON GINGE 11/4 is a horse connections think will run well today it should be close at the business end and it does look like a very winnable race on paper.
4:40 CHAMPION CHASE was a non runner when we backed him last time. He really should be a class above these 5/2 looks fair our ratings make the horse odds on so to get odds against is a little surprising he may need the run though so lets not be talking about lumping the bill money on!
WOLVERHAMPTON 3:20 SIDEWINDER around 10/3 looks fair and worth a bet today his connections think he has a great chance and they will be surprised if he doesn’t go really close while our ratings show a horse on a strong forward path.
3:50 UNCLE BERNIE looks big at 14/1 our ratings put him top of the class and while they can be misleading he has had 3 similar ratings and the last one was earned over course and distance we make the horse 7/1 so double the price is value for sure.
4:20 LOUMARIN 5/2 is a little short we backed her last race and she ran really well definitely a winner in waiting but at today’s odds I would rather watch the race I think.
