Hi ,

The Euro football Championships start on Friday and hopefully we will be in for some exciting games. England kick off their campaign on Saturday against Russia and lets hope our 3 lions can start with a win.

As for winning the tournament the hosts France with Germany are the most fancied but perhaps the value lies with Belgium at a general 11/1.

With all the talk at the moment regarding the E.U. referendum it will be interesting to see how much unity and friendship there is between the participating countries fans during the tournament.

Harzand was a decent winner of last weeks Derby but I have my doubts if the form will stack up during the season. The race was run on rain softened ground that obviously suited the winner but many of the field were hating the sticky conditions.

I feel the clerk of the course could do with a kick up the backside having watered consistently for weeks and then with the heavy rain that had fallen earlier in the month the track had ground more suited to jump racing.

One thing I will say was that on Friday in the Oaks Minding was superb winning the fillies race after encountering so much trouble. I’m sure she would beat any of the Derby colts when and if they meet.

We are gearing up to launch our new service “Fast Cash Racing” which will be totally different to anything you have ever come across in the past. This is a true innovation on the betting front and should not be compared to any regular type tipster services. All I’m saying is be prepared to join a betting revolution of gigantic proportions!

Howies Hottie today goes in the 3.40 Haydock with Albernathy who was one of my eye-catchers when he ran at York last time. The horse was noted staying on steadily down the wide outside from a tough draw and should appreciate the slightly longer trip today.

HOT HANDICAPPERS

FLAT

My Amigo trainer Ann Duffield - Grey horse who is improving with every run.

Buying trouble trainer D.Evans - Running well and only a matter of time before the trainer finds the right race.

Odeon trainer J.Givens - A fab winner for me last Saturday at Doncaster when backed from 16/1 into 5/1. Truly a gamble landed when you consider he had been beaten over a 100 lengths in his previous 4 races.

Ulysses trainer Sir M.Stoute - This colt was cruising rounding Tattenham Corner in the Derby but found nothing in the straight on tacky ground. When he gets decent ground you will see a different animal.

JUMPERS

Tradewinds trainer Lucinda Russell - He won a novice chase last week and will chalk up more wins during the Summer.

Back next Wednesday be lucky.

Howard Davis-Shaw.
