Well it has been a turbulent month but we are still well in the game and are ready for a huge step forward again. It won’t come easy but once the flat season settles in we are again sure to make huge gains.

We are in a very strong position this year compared to last year. We proof mainly to 1 point win singles too! No huge drawdowns just a steady flow of regular profits year after year. Why not jump on board and let us take you through the flat season.

We promised to produce a list of horses to follow this flat season. Similar to what happened in the jump season and we all know how successful that was with plenty of multiple winners and prices up to 25/1.

This week we have 2 horses for you to follow and another 2 next week PREDOMINANCE (4yo b g Danehill Dancer – Gilded Vanity) Form: 124 He runs in 2016 from a mark of 90. Could be very well handicapped and looks the type to progress to a mark around 108 if not further. This gelding owned by Highclere and trained by William Haggas A full brother to Birdman. He made a winning debut in a 7f maiden at Chepstow on soft-ground. Travelled smoothly, under a patient ride made smooth headway over two furlongs out, ridden to lead approaching the final furlong and coming readily clear inside the final 200 yards to score by 6 lengths from New Stream. He went on to acquit himself with a deal of credit in a pair of handicaps at Newbury (1m) and Doncaster (7f), set plenty to do both times and running on well behind some decent horses last time up. He looks the type of horse to take high rank in 7f/1m handicaps in the coming season. Races like the Spring Mile could be on the horizon.

ELJADDAAF (5yo b g Shamardal – Almansoora) Form: 7– T Dean Ivory Lesley Ivory. He is a strapping half-brother to multiple winner Ostaad. His first and only trip to the course was an 8.5 furlong maiden at Wolverhampton last November. He wore a hood that day as connections thought it would keep him calm as to give him a nice easy introduction to the race course. All because this is a horse who is bred to get better with age and at 5 years old could well be in his prime this year. Could well be a horse that does really well this year and cost a snip at 8,500gns from Godolphin. The stable certainly have a good eye for cast offs from large breeders, this son of Shamardal appeals.

If I was looking to bet then a trip of a mile would be worth a risk but just on breeding alone I would think that if I owned him then 7 furlongs looks the right distance. I could see him being a specialist at that distance.
