Wednesday's FREE Tip Is Ready...

25th November 2015

Hi ,

Its been a good month so far for my Fold4Gold service but Betting Opportunity has been rather hit and miss. Now the reason I start by mentioning this is not that I want to bang on or hype up my services but I want to address the mind set of potential members of any tipping service.

Recently we did a special trial for people to sample Fold4Gold and during the trial period I received some private tweets telling me the service was hopeless, a waste of money, and how could I go three days without tipping a winner.

Now if you look at the last weeks proofing you will see in black and white a 14/1 winner, 5/2 winner, 10/1 winner plus a 40/1 winning double. Yes I concede there were consecutive losing days however this is a service that has had a cracking week and is about 60 points up on the month.

The point I'm trying to get over to you is if you are looking for immediate gratification from your betting in my opinion you should pack the game in as betting is only about long term profits and having the mind set to accept all losing runs. I have mentioned this in newsletters before but it's worth repeating that Hugh Taylor of Attheraces has has had a losing run of over 50 and Tom Seigal Pricewise of the Racing Post a losing run of over 40.

So just remember a short term trial might give you a feel of a tipsters ability but don't judge their long term profitability on a week or a month. As for the person I gave a 40/1 winner last week and wasn't happy well it just makes me smile.

Again the midweek jumping is of a poor standard however we have the super Hennessy meeting at Newbury later this week to look forward to.

Many of you will know the very successful Eye-Catchers I have been running in this column for the last 3 years has now become a Members Only paid service so we are replacing it with a new winner finding method of mine which we are calling Hot Handicappers which will be an exclusive list of weekly horses that I consider are under the radar and have dropped to ratings we can exploit and profit from and courtesy of BetFan they will be FREE to all readers.

Now for Howies Hottie I'm going to put one of these horses up as today's tip in the shape of Automated in the 9.05 at Dundalk tonight. The gelding has recently moved from Clive Brittain who is retiring to Ger Lyons and was recently seen running a respectable 3rd. As a 3 year old the horse was rated at 88 and has dropped now to a mark of 72 which tells me he should be competitive especially dropping down to the 10 furlong trip.

HOT HANDICAPPERS

SYNTHETIC SURFACES

Trimoulet trainer D.Kubler - This is a giant gelding that has risen in the weights however I believe there is more in the tank.

Doctor Parkes trainer S.Williams - Old timer who is not as good as he once was but off his current mark can still be competitive.

Clockmaker C.Dore - Another old boy but no back number having won off higher marks earlier in the year.

Automated trainer G.Lyons - Documented above.

JUMPERS

Shantou Bob trainer W.Greatrex - Tailed off at Haydock on Saturday when something was amiss. However I have been told he is now bouncing and many horses win over jumps the next time they run after being pulled up.

Fingal Bay trainer P.Hobbs - He goes for the Hennessy at Newbury on Saturday off a very lenient 10-7lbs. When you consider his best form this 16/1 chance with bet365 looks superb value. If he wins just remember you heard it here first.

Back next Wednesday have a good week and be lucky.

Howard Davis-Shaw.
