Todays racing again is nothing special but one race that caught my eye is the 4.10 Nottingham a handicap over 10 furlongs with a few interesting runners. The James Givens trained Odeon caught the imagination as this is a horse that ran close up behind the Grey Gatsby in last years Dante and wasn't beaten far by Postponed who is now rated 124.
On the down side he has been beaten out of site in recent races but some horses come back to form when you least expect it and it's possible he might be one of those. So for this weeks Howies Hottie we are on Odeon as a bit of a boom or bust selection but at a massive price we can take the risk.

Whosthecat trainer D.Carroll - Just collared last time over 7 furlongs and a return to shorter or better ground could see him back in the winners enclosure.
Le Maitre Chat trainer I.Williams - Noted staying on strongly at the end of Grumetis race and can find a staying handicap before the seasons end.
Sovereign Debt trainer D.Nicholls - Did not quite see out the 9 furlongs and is better at a mile or 7 furlongs.
Dhahmaaan trainer M.Botti - A very good 2nd at York and will be fitter next time out.
Guard of Honour trainer G.Baker - Put up by Betting Opportunity in the big staying handicap at The Curragh on Sunday he was just beaten at 25/1 when leaving his finishing run a shade too late and looks a horse on an upward curve.
