3:20 - Class 3 Handicap, 1m5f61y, 3yo+

In this tricky looking handicap, I fancy William Haggas’ charge SATELLITE to make it a quick fire double for the stable. Although he hasn’t won since his debut in April 2014, he finished best of all when second last time out at Sandown, over 1m6f. 

The trip will clearly be no problem for this gelding, and if Pat Cosgrave can get him off to a decent start (he is somewhat prone to be slow out of the stalls) then he’ll have every chance of registering his second victory. 

The three 3yos in the race – Sagaciously, Process and Master Of Speed might all pose a threat, but as a cover bet I like the look of Stock Hill Fair, who loves to run from the front and if he’s allowed to get an uncontested lead then the ever-canny Pat Dobbs can have them all in trouble.
